IT Help is Vibe’s centralized IT support function.
Vibe’s Internal IT Team partners with IT Goat, a managed service provider that acts as an extension of our internal IT organization and serves as the first line of defense for IT support.
From an employee perspective, IT Help is your starting point — whether the support is handled directly by internal IT or by IT Goat behind the scenes.

User onboarding, offboarding, and access changes
Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Email access issues and password resets
Help using Google tools effectively (not just fixing problems)
Creation and management of email distribution groups
Adding or removing users from distribution lists

IT Help does support store-level email accounts, including:
Account creation
Password resets
Login and access issues

IT Help supports My Wingstop access and permissioning only, including:
Login issues
Role or permission changes
🚫 IT Help does not support My Wingstop functionality, reporting, or workflows.
All other My Wingstop questions must be submitted through the My Wingstop Support Portal.
