Initial Onboarding Apparel:
Upon hire, Ops Coaches are provided with a standard initial uniform package. The uniform administrator will issue the Vibe Initial Field Employee Apparel Order Form when the onboarding notice is received.
Allotment: 4 Polos (minimum of one black polo required) and 2 sweaters or quarter-zips.
Ordering: Styles are pre-selected by the company. Coaches are responsible only for submitting their size and color preferences.
Ongoing Apparel Allowance:
Upon successfully completing 90 days of employment, Ops Coaches become eligible for an ongoing apparel allowance.
90-Day Issuance: At the 90-day mark, the administrator will provide the FIELD - Vibe Apparel Order Form.
Allowance Amount: Coaches receive a $120 allowance for uniform items.
Renewal Schedule: After the initial 90-day issuance, the $120 allowance will automatically renew every 6 months.
Administration: The uniform administrator is responsible for tracking these intervals and will initiate the order process with a two-week lead time for eligible coaches.
