GetMyPayStub is where employees can access their pay stub history and tax documents. After registration, you can use the online portal or the App.
ImmediatePay is our earned wage provider, allowing you to withdraw money you have earned early, in between paychecks.
How ImmediatePay works:
You can transfer up to 50% of your earned pay with each transaction for a small fee of no more than $3 a transaction.
The ImmediatePay app is secure and connected with your payroll system so the app is aligned with the hours you’ve worked and the pay you’ve earned.
Immediate is not a loan, and you won’t be charged any interest. It’s money YOU have earned.

The purpose of the Whataburger Family Foundation is to provide emergency assistance to Whataburger Franchise Employees who are experiencing an immediate and unforeseen financial hardship.
Refer a candidate to Vibe. If they are hired as a team member, shift manager, or assistant manager, BOTH the current employee and the employee referred will receive $25 on their payroll check. If both are still employed at 90 days, both receive an additional $100.
If the candidate is hired as a General Manager, you, as the referring employee, will receive $500 after the new GM has been in place for ninety days.
Rewards will be grossed up to ensure employees receive the full reward amount after taxes. Rewards will be paid out as soon as administratively possible.
Associates who refer relatives* are eligible for the reward only if the relative will be working in a different restaurant.
Relatives are defined as spouse, parent, sibling, child, grandparents, aunt, uncle, cousin, niece, nephew, and includes all step or half members.
