This marks our 5th restaurant opening this year, and every one of them represents an incredible amount of effort, coordination, and commitment across the Vibe Tribe. From the hourly team members serving guests each day, to our field leaders, trainers, support teams, development partners, and executive leadership, this kind of growth only happens through true teamwork.

A special shoutout to Regional Vice President Chris Gravens, along with Coach Scott Brown and Field Trainer Emma Morell, for helping lead another successful opening. We’re also grateful to the GMs from surrounding markets who stepped in to support and help bring this restaurant to life.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Raj Kapoor, COO of Wingstop Restaurants Inc., and Lauren Curtis, VP of Franchise Operations, to Vibe Restaurants Headquarters earlier this month.

It’s always energizing to spend time with leaders who are helping shape the future of our brand. Their visit was a great opportunity to connect, share ideas, and continue strengthening the partnership that drives our growth.

Our CEO, Irfaan Lalani, recently joined Dallas College President Dr.Joe Seabrooks on stage at Dallas Franchise Week for a powerful conversation about the future of leadership in our industry.

The panel highlighted Dallas College’s new Multi-Unit Management Program as Powered by Vibe Restaurants - a first-of-its-kind collaboration designed to build a strong pipeline of highly qualified multi-unit operators.

Irfaan spoke about Vibe’s phenomenal growth as one of the largest franchise developers and operators in the U.S., and  the critical shortage of strong multi-unit operators in the industry

We’re proud to share that Vibe Restaurants has been ranked #85 on the 2025 Monitor 200 list of the Top U.S. Franchisees, climbing from #150 in 2023 and #122 last year.

This milestone is a testament to the vision of our founders, Irfaan Lalani, Faisal Lalani, and Shalin Patel, as well as the leadership of our COO, Michael Trifari. Together, they’ve built a culture-first, performance-driven organization that continues to scale without losing sight of what matters most: our people.
